These terms explain how working with ORION is organised. The specific scope, price and deadlines of every project are confirmed in writing before the work starts.

Who provides the services

Services are provided by ORION Web Studio, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. Contact: [email protected], +351 927 582 627.

Services

Website and landing page design and development, web apps and online stores, SEO and GEO, Google Maps and local SEO, Google Ads and analytics, AWS cloud and automation — remotely worldwide and in person on Madeira.

Quotes and prices

Websites start from €199 (launch price for new clients). Every project gets a fixed price agreed in writing (message or email) before work starts. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and done only after your approval.

Payment

Payment terms (for example, an advance and the final payment at launch) are stated in the individual offer. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins or advertising budgets are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use the texts, photos, logos and other materials you provide and that they do not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Rights to the result

After full payment you receive the rights to use the delivered website or software for your business. Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock photos) remain under their own licences. ORION may show the project in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise.

Third-party services

Hosting, domains, Google, Meta, AWS and other platforms work under their own terms. ORION is not responsible for their outages, policy changes or blocked accounts, but will help you solve such issues.

Liability

Work is done with professional care. Search engine and AI rankings depend on third parties, so specific positions cannot be guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. We will always try to solve any disagreement by talking first; otherwise the competent courts of Funchal, Portugal, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
